Every effort will be made to complete service work calls the day service is requested but workload and the availability of personnel may require the service work call to be scheduled for the next business day.
(Any service work call received after 3:30 will incur an after hours charge)
Emergency Calls – no after hour charges involved.
An Emergency Call is any gas odor or suspicion of a gas leak .
• If you smell a gas odor NAGD will investigate at no charge to the customer.
Non Emergency Calls – WILL incur an after hour charge if service personnel are dispatched.

• Line Locates
• Nonpay reconnects
• Other calls judged on a case by case basis
